All About A La Carte
If you want that full-service look with lots of flowers, bouquets and arrangements to make your wedding day spectacular and magical minus the cost of on-site service, then a la Carte is for you! A la Carte offers our farm’s freshest flowers with transparent pricing and an easy-to-order process. We design many of the pieces you dreamed of for your special day complete with glassware, all arrangements in water, fully styled and ready to go for your space (installations and custom pieces please see Full Service page).
Choose from our easy-to-read menu of frequently requested items and enjoy our no minimum order requirement. Ordering is straightforward and simple. If you don’t see something you want on our menu, please ask.
Our a la Carte option is designed to remove the hassle and cost from your wedding flower experience. With this option, we do without set-up, consultations, client meetings and visits, or coordination with other vendors, saving you a lot from the price of full service. Done through a la Carte, your flower budget goes 100% toward flowers!
Since we grow our own material, we can guarantee our services. This is critical in our time of shortages, worldwide crop failures, and shipping challenges. We have been growing specialty cut flowers for weddings since 2018, and have styled hundreds of weddings in that time, so we have a level of confidence and experience you can trust.
Clients who require challenging color palettes, set-up, consultations, farm visits and wish for consistent hands-on communication should choose our full-service option, which you can read about here.

You can order from lots of standard wedding items. The most requested items are available on our menu.
Custom wedding requests fall under Full Service. If you require a specific color palette, this is a Full Service request only. Email us for specifics.

All arrangements come in water in clear glassware, carefully packed into open boxes. Vases are yours to keep. We also provide written care instructions at the time of pick-up to ensure the highest quality flowers for your wedding. We offer bulk vine that lasts out of water for more than a day, as well as delicate, hand-made crowns, floral jewelry, edible charcuterie/cake flowers, several sizes of bouquets, centerpieces and ceremony arrangements, including arbor decor.

Interested couples should email us. We will send you our Lookbook with pricing and options, and if you love what you see, you may then fill out an order form, sign a contract, and pay a non-refundable retainer which is credited towards your balance to hold your flowers for your date.
No date is held until we receive a signed copy of our contract along with the retainer check and order form. We do accept online payment options for wedding orders with a 4% convenience fee.
Orders may be added to and small changes may be made until 60 days prior to your event, at which time the final balance will be due. If our prices change for any reason and you add new items to your order, they will be added to your order at the new rates, but your original order is set upon booking acceptance. If final balances are not collected by 60 days prior to your wedding day, ERF reserves the right to terminate the contract without a refund.
Orders may be canceled and all fees paid will be returned, less the non-refundable retainer, until 60 days prior to the event.

For a la Carte orders, YES! We work with MOB’s, MIL’s, aunts, sisters, brothers, whoever is on “flower duty.” Please ensure the order is exactly what the couple to be married wants. We will not make changes to an order once final balance is due.

Most orders may be picked up a day or two in advance of your event. Orders must be picked up on their scheduled pick-up day within the time window allotted, and this must be scheduled well in advance. Delivery is not guaranteed until booked, so please ask for delivery asap as availability goes fast!
Most small to medium orders fit into a large, empty SUV or minivan with the seats folded down flat and empty cargo areas. We suggest bringing a few small blankets or towels to help stabilize arrangements during transport. Large a la Carte orders will likely require two or three vehicles. Delivery is often an option for additional cost.

Flowers are extremely fresh and will last well until the wedding, even when picked up a couple of days in advance. Most flowers last at least a week when well cared for properly. Your guests may take home arrangements after the ceremony, or you may donate to area nursing homes, hospices, care facilities, etc.
To extend their life, flowers should be kept in a cool, shady location such as a garage or carport, and should not be placed in a cooler (or left outside in freezing temperatures). Personal items like flower crowns and corsages may be refrigerated if picked up a day in advance.
